About the Wild FigThe Fig is a colourful, ambient & ethical young business owned by sisters Greer and Lorna Marns.We have been here since December 2000, offer amazing food, make great coffee & provide unbeatable service. We have been finalists in the Gold Plate award for the past five years. The Fig is an environmentally & socially conscious establishment. We use only free-range eggs & chickens & recycle whenever possible. The Fig contributes $5,000 plus per annum to the Hunger Project, an organization that is committed to the end of hunger on this planet. The Fig contributes all our tips to this worthy cause. The Fig also supports local artists. Funky, vibrant works of art line the interior walls of the cafe & local musicians entertain with uplifting jazz & smooth soul several days a week. Got a lap-top?
